So far everything has been great. The staff and office have been great; however, there is a train track that js almost on property that has trains running at random schedules. We were told that they run sparingly and only during the day…well, during our frist night, we learned otherwise.
The staff has been amazing to work with since the day I inquired about the property. Alex was a dream and did everything she could to make my desire to live here a reality. The maintenance staff, mainly Joseph, is amazing, prompt, and skilled. I have been very happy with my choice to live here and am making a home here.
I have lived at taylor house since they opened. Carrie our Property Manager has always taken excellent care of us. I love the area, we are so close to downtiwn
I love my building - it is clean, well maintained - great customer service by the Staff.
Office and maintenance workers are very courteous respectful and kind everyone works very hard.
Save yoir money. Overprices. High utility bills, not ADA compliant with no handrails on the stairs. People living in apartments due for remodels are being told to vacate before their lease is completely expired. The walls are paper thin that yoi cam hear others' conversations.
