You can hear everything both sides of neighbors. Some for the most part are quiet. Some play music loudly. awaiting fixes on Refrigerator leaking oil in our freezer. Nick IS AWESOME. Our stairs, still crack even thought he tried to fix them. Awaiting the piece to door in Garage step up area to be replaced. Residence do not respect and or done on purpose, hit our Mercedes twice. We have two huge WHITE CAR DENTS in our door and have reported this to the office and nothing done as of yet. There should be cameras to show who did this so they can pay for the damage they have caused. Not sure if people feel they own certain spaces , however, they should be respectful to other peoples cars. It seems it was done intentionally, TWICE and I want the damage PAID FOR. Please look on Cameras and let us know who did this so I can have them pay for the damage. or Assign numbers per tenant so then People will know they are the responsible party when the car next to them is damaged by them. This has been a very disturbing matter do us and and it happened day 2 and 3 of us moving in and no resolve when asked for help on Camera video from office.

This property has great amenities, is very clean and well maintained, and best of all the property manager is amazing. It says a lot about management when the property manager is so positive and friendly. This is truly worth the price.
