Awesome, Awesome!!! Been here since Oct. 2019 and I thank God for each day. Very close to everything you may need! Nothing but the best from my neighbors, nothing but the best from the Office staff. Nothing but the best from the maintenance staff. Every now & then, it gets a little loud; but I'm never afraid. Would recommend Sabal Point Apts. to anyone.

This place is really quiet and maintenance is really responsive within a timely manner
This community used to be a great place to live with amenities that were accessible to all (Not this past summer or last for that matter). Now, prices have increased well past the value for the apartments, the office staff feel detached from the people who live here and the people living in the complex have stopped caring about the rules (noise, parking and trash) and the environment of the community. This is a such a pretty complex. The apartments are old (old appliances, rugs and color scheme) and need to be updated..
