Ive only been here for about a month now but I cant complain about anything, I’ve had a hood experience thus far!
Overall, Magnolia Apartments has been a good place to live. I have had some frustrations with maintenance requests not being done in a timely manner. Some things that have been repaired need to be repaired again, but it hasn’t been anything critical. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I like the location.

I have lived here for about 7 months. The apartment was clean when I moved in and they were quick with checking in.I really do enjoy this complex. The noise level is low and they are quick with maintenance. I really enjoy their gym and the shared outdoor area.
