It’s been amazing so far!

We loved the property, the location and the amenities! The staff is kind and amazing and overall the common areas always look beautiful. I think Maintenance is doing a great job but sometimes, and this could be because of the way residents treat the areas, some of these do not look as great as they could. We definitely think that a pond (and there is an area that could be used), would be the cherry on top of the cake! And maybe we got bad luck, but the move in cleaning was not done as good as it could have been done; nothing bad at all but minor details that could make the first time experience even better!

Everything is great at Kinsley Forest. It can be a bit loud but that's more of a tenant issue than a Kinsley Forest issue

I really like my place. There is sometimes a lot of weed smoke smell and that stinks, it's like putting up with a lot of cigarette smoke. The smell isn't constant, but sometimes it seems that way depending on how often people light up. Other than that - I really like my place. Noise isn't bad, but I can hear someone walking hard in their place and the problem with that is I am on the top floor. So that means they are either on my same floor walking hard or I am hearing vibrations from below. I can hear conversations outisde my door if people are talking in the hall. My children tell me they can hear me talking when I'm inside the apartment and they are in the hallway coming in the apartment. Even with that, this place is better than the place I rented downtown Kansas City in a renovated loft. After this I want to go back to a house because I want to talk loud at times and play music loud at times. Maintenance has come promptly when I've called them with an issue. They have fixed the problem and when they couldn't fix my fridge they brought us a new one that same day. So far, maintenance has been kind. grounds are kept well. I wish they had somewhere to sit outside of the apartments and in the open yard areas. They only have chairs outside the main office and outside/inside the pool area. I also wish they had something for adults other than a dog park. Some places like this have a basketball court and swings and volleyball area and some even have tennis courts.
