I've lived here since August 2022 (the process was easy) and haven't had any complaints other than the occasional parking issue. The neighbors can be ruthless with parking their 7 (exaggerating) cars (more like 3) and never moving them or intentionally taking the space in front of Your home.....UGH! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help with all questions and concerns. The maintenance is prompt, efficient and attentive to any work order and/or problem that needs to be fixed whether it's planned or unexpected. I rarely hear any noise or disruptive commotions. Although these are townhomes, I cannot tell I'm even connected to neighbors; and that's a PLUS. I haven't gotten to know any of the other tenants, but when spoken to, they actually speak back...lol. I am happy with the decision in making this a stepping stone home while in the process of purchasing my forever home. Ok Sommerset Townhomes, I guess you can get 5 stars and your Kudos! Keep up the great work.
