Property reviewsLE on Jul 28, 2023It’s ok i feel like they raise the rent and the residences stay the same. Run down a bit old and the bathroom sink for example is old, old, old! The cabinets have holes and the hinges are broken. Mirrors are crooked and its just run down! My refrigerator is taped up on the inside washer and dryer shakes rattles and rolls and is super loud. Ive lived here 18 years in 4 different apartments but ive been in my last apt for 7 years anf could really use a new carpet. Thanks

Property reviewsAnonymous on Aug 26, 2023Willow Manor has provided me a budget-wise solution. For those who want it, there are social activities. I am one of the younger, and one of the quieter, and this place suits me perfectly. My neighbors are friendly but also abide by the fences-make-good-neighbors policy. -- The landscaping creates a pleasant environment. One side of the building looks out to a forested area, one side has a shared property line with the single-family homes that the area offers, another side faces the street, and the western side shares a property line with a gas station/auto repair shop. The community has a tree-lined boulevard that is a main thoroughfare. Overall, the area is fairly quiet except for service vehicles and the occasional hotrod speedster. There are two schools within walking distance. ** The staff are onsite daily during normal business hours. Each of them are exceptionally kind and responsive, with good humor. ** In 2022 October, the owners began a total renovation of the property from roof to parking lot ... and the results are just as I would have hoped.
