I've been a resident of Van Meter Properties for at least 8 years and give them five stars. During my my tenure at Middletown Valley Apartments I can honestly say that the management really care about their tenants. When I have had to call the for maintenance service they have always responded promptly and have corrected the issue in a very reasonable time. Vaneesa Mahmoodi is a top notch property manager, she treats everyone with respect and always is available to answer questions, she has gone above and beyond my expectations. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIDDLETOWN VALLEY APARTMENTS. Miss P. Flowers

Middletown Valley Apartments have been my home for 4 years now and I plan to stay. I couldn’t ask for a better community or better neighbors. You feel safe outside at any hour which is important when family members are walking the dog late at night. When I first moved in my water heater exploded at 2 AM, I had maintenance there fixing the problem within the hour, and within 24 hours it was like it never happened! On top of a dog park the complex has huge fields perfect for kids to run and play, it is also conveniently placed across the street from the primary school. Whether you have a family, are just getting your life started, or anywhere in between I HIGHLY recommend Middletown Valley apartments by Can Metre.
