I have been living at Governor Greens apartments for going on three years. This was one of the best choices I’ve ever made in choosing an apartment complex in Maryland. I will start off by saying that the management team is awesome. They are quick to take care of any issues and problems that you may have and they’re very polite, courtesy, and Professional. And the maintenance team is out of this world you put in a work order on Monday it’s fix Tuesday morning, is literally Fix the next day. The maintenance crew is quick they’re very professional. They clean up behind their selves and they come with all of their gloves and shoe covers. The next thing I love about Governor Green Apartments is the atmosphere is a Dog Friendly community, Where everyone walk their dogs and we don’t have no issues with people not cleaning up behind their dogs.The atmosphere around here is just a peaceful place to live and raise a family too. . We have beautiful gardens to sit in and beautiful playground to play in and it’s very safe place for them. I feel very safe living here we have the Bowie police department, five minutes away from the apartment complex. We also have a shopping center close by called the Bowie town center , we also have wonderful Restaurants to eat at we are literally close to the highway that will take you To the District of Columbia or Baltimore, Virginia. Let me mention about the up keep of the grounds at Governor Green Apartments they have one of the best ground team workers I’ve ever seen they keep the grounds clean and trim the grass. And the flowers be blooming so beautiful around summer and spring time. There’s no trash around here on the grounds the maintenance teams keep everything around the complex clean.We have velvet trash pickup’s in the morning and that’s awesome. They keep your inside of your apartment complex clean as well. This is just a awesome place to live, it’s really hard to leave because Governors Greens make it feel like HOME.

I have no complaints. Overall, I have had a good experience living here.

Very nice place to live and Management is always attentive to the needs of the residents

It's been a wonderful 10-year experience living at the Lodge at Marlton. The location is great for moving throughout the DMV. The staff is welcoming and attentive. The property is maintained well. I really enjoy the monthly activities planned for residents. Having the pharmacy next door and the Food Lion is very convenient. There are so many good advantages to residing here.
