Living here has been great, the staff is attentive and personal, the neighbors are pleasant for the most part. However, it feels like a missed opportunity to not have decks for the upper level apartments that pay more than the 1 bedroom first floor apartments when those units have a patio. I am excited for the renovations to begin, and hope that more light is brought into the units as well as a ceiling fan in the bedroom to keep the whole apartment cool. So in short, its good, but there's a lot of small things that would make it great!
