I was surprised to hear we couldn't utilize grills on patios so that was upsetting. But also, I understood when I signed lease and even with Illinois guidelines that individuals were not allowed to smoke in building. I have 2 neighbors who smoke daily both on patios as well in bathrooms and it is upsetting due to my son having asthma and most days we can't have patio door open due to smell.

This is a wonderful place to live. Management and residents are great.
I've lived here for a little over 6 months and love my unit. There are good amenities and the building for the most park is well kept. Down side is our upstairs neighbors floor creeks very loud and the staff is pretty unavailable. It is hard to get management to reply. I think the parking garage should be included for how much you pay in rent. Outside of that, I do enjoy living here.
