Excellent notifications for bills and rent due. Up to date information consistently offered through communication channels and when requested.

It’s near a major road adding to noise, there is a high use train crossing somewhat nearby and it will blow its horn multiple times into the night, there is no limit on laundry room use times and the rooms are not sound proofed (so be prepared for someone to do laundry at 3 am). Moving was the worst experience I’ve ever had mostly due to the lack of a building manager (to my knowledge it’s been 4 months since the prop has had a manager). The staff they have managing it remotely is incompetent and hard to reach, they pushed back my move in date by a week 72 hours before the initial move in date, I was forced to pay an extra grand in my deposit due to the services they use for credit check being unable to find my credit history and were uncooperative to have me send them a credit report. Also, I would discourage people from moving in due to the greedy nature of the property management company, they just doubled the rent for a lot of long time residents and be prepared to pay an extra $30+ on rent because they add a charge to your rent in sewage and garbage services. The only good I can say is that the rooms should be newly refurbished with new appliances , it’s about a mile from downtown Twin Falls, and Marcus the maintenance man is friendly, helpful but overwhelmed with the work he is doing here.
