We have been here for a month and have been extremely pleased here at at the Clara! The property is well maintained, the staff have been excellent responding to small issues. The noise level is minimal (hard to control a barking dog next door) The facilities are meticulous and beautiful! The maintenance staff do a fantastic job! We appreciate the friendliness of the staff, having conversations with Esmerelda, Bree and Heidi! I highly recommend this apartment complex with zero reservations.

I enjoy living here because its dog friendly, has outside activities, and close to the greenbelt.

I have lived here for 2.5 yrs and what I like about this place is that the layout of the apartments is really good, especially the 2B/2B ones. There is no noise from main street and the complex is right next to Greenbelt and Boise river. Also, lot of the apartments come with covered garage (with shutter doors) within the same building. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The maintenance crew at Columbia Village has been consistently responsive to the upkeep needs in our apartment. I placed 5 requests last week and everything was taken care of before the week was out. We really appreciate knowing that our request will be attended to in a timely manner.

Enjoy living here it been peaceful and Amanda has been a big help to my Husband and me.

We absolutely love it here! The community is quiet and clean! The office staff is so friendly and always willing to help! The ammenities are amazing as Well!! I highly recommend living here!!

Eric provided excellent emergency maintenance late this afternoon, saving a lot of future aggravation, water damage etc. He caught a kitchen leak before I even discovered it, replacing the water hose in the faucet that was leaking underneath my cabinet. Kudos to him for a prompt, efficient and professional repair requiring working after standard hours!

Can’t rave enough about Eric ! Came to fix clogged disposal and took my giant stack of cardboard boxes from moving in! This is the second time he’s done that! Trust me, not all places are like this! Fowler and staff are an exception!

Watercooler aparments are a great place to feel like you are downtown without the chaos. the rooms are very nice and perfect for any living situation. I have felt at home and very clean. Parking could be better considering spaces to purchase are limited and the rest is street parking. other than that it is great

This is a very nice place to live , the people are friendly as well as the staff and the property is well maintanced.

The process of getting here was the smoothest and most stressfree system ive ever experienced. I was coming from an emergency situation and they understood completely our need to move fast, and within 48 hours we had a tour of the fantastic facilities and a mockup apartment. Then we were signed on will a super low rate for what they were giving us, and just signed on for another year! Thank you Edgewater Staff for being so amazing and taking care of us!

We moved into this community in August, and have nothing but good words about our townhouse in the community. Maintenance is amazing and gets back to us right away. Somebody always answers the phone in the office and overall everyone is very helpful. Aside from that the townhouse itself is beautiful and we love our whole neighborhood.

I love it here, very comfy and cozy!
