Property reviewsKaris P. on Sep 13, 2023We were lucky enough to stumble upon the Equitable Apartments last year, unfortunately circumstances are causing us to move, but we have really enjoyed our time here. The "Staff" is great. Chrissy has been so helpful, she really went above and beyond her responsibilities when we needed guidance. The Maintenance staff has the building looking great and they work to keep it that way. As well, they have been very responsive to our trivial questions and concerns. The 3rd floor dog park is a great convenience, I do not know how any dog owner lives in the city without it. We highly recommend The Equitable and the city of Des Moines.

Easy walking distance to any downtown locations while being far enough removed that it is quiet and relaxing. Commuting simple with access to bike trails and quick driving access to highways.
