The property may be older BUT it is only ten minutes from the beach! They are renovated once someone moves out. They offer plank flooring, dishwasher with either white appliances or SS. They have a dog park that works for me, and a very large pool great for lap swimming since it never gets crowded. The rent is comparable to other apartments in the area. The manger and leasing consultant are very friendly as well as the Maintenace guy Warren. Highly recommend for the area and price.
