Idaho Terrace
3040 Idaho Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20016STUDIO $1,724+ 1 BED $2,236+ 2 BEDS $3,202+ Property reviewsIt's quiet, in a great neighborhood, and it's conveniently located. One bus line will no longer be going through, so it will be a 2-5 minute walk to the bus stop. there are some parking spots available for guests to park in the daytime, which is convenient for family visiting. It's comfortable and incredibly well maintained. Management is responsive. I'm lucky to have found this place!
I moved in over the summer and I'm from out of the area. This apartment building has friendly staff and responsive maintenance. My only complaint is that for how expensive the apartments are, the equipment is outdated (Gas stove, older fridges, etc). But an overall great place if you're looking for an apartment in a more residential area.
