We love living in here.
It is a nice quiet place to live with great views. The people are very kind and friendly ansd the staff is very nice. The pool and workout center are wonderful too. If you have a maintenance issue it can be a few days before you hear anything. I am also a little disappointed they replaced the playground with exercise equipment when there is already a workout center. Overall it is a nice place to live.

This property has spectacular views!!! The pool has been updated recently and is gorgeous. It can be enjoyed year round! The gym is wonderful and fully updated!
I have lived here for a short time but I’m impressed with the staff at Canyon Vistas. The maintenance and landscaping crews keep the property well maintained. The office staff is always friendly and polite. If I have a question or concern, they are very helpful.
