Property reviewsC D. on Aug 16, 2024Really a great place to live! I've been renting in Dallas for over 20 years and this is absolutely the best property I have leased at. Top notch appliances (including w/d), lighting, flooring and fixtures, paint, carpet, EVERYTHING. Management is on top of every issue even when it is something out of their control. This was particularly evident on "Tornado Tuesday" when they were always available to share information regarding power and internet restoration. They likely knew the same that we did but to present the available information in such a professional manner was truly remarkable. I think most management teams would have just stayed home. The Maintenance Team is SUPER responsive and the folks that do this work are always happy to see you, whether you need them or not. Landscaping is beautiful, seasonally kept and certainly not "on a budget". Valet Trash pickup is like clockwork. Clubhouse is truly a gem with an amazing espresso/latte machine, pool table, island oven sitch, rentable Movie Theatre and meeting spaces that you would actually want to have a business meeting in. Fitness center is ample and not over the top. Walking/Biking distance to DART Rail and the SoPac/White Rock Trail. Buy a bike if you don't have one...this thing is amazing. Trader Joes' and Central Market are nearly equidistant, and you can choose from 2 Walmart's for essentials. Richardson is 3 minutes away by car. I no longer own a pet but the Dog Park is top notch from my observation. This is an amazing property and very resident focused. Very good management, very good maintenance team

Property reviewsQuintara T. on Oct 25, 2023My stay here was nice. Maintenance always came out in a timely fashion to fix any issues. The only thing I was a little pressed about is the one time my a/c went out and it was over 100 degrees outside. They could not get it replaced over the weekend and I understand that. However I became very upset when I purchased my own fans and it did not help much. The apartments stated they only had 1 portable unit and it was being used. I think with a complex as large as this one there should always be a minimum of at least 10 portable units for when these type of issues arise. Other than that, very reasonable price and conveniently located near everything! I have certainly enjoyed my stay.
