WE have lived here going on 11 years. We so enjoy the complex and all the staff. They all work hard to maintain everything. We enjoy the pool and love when we have our grandkids over. My husband uses the gym more than I do. So if anyone is looking for a great place to live where it is quite and clean come check it out.
Very nice community, pleasant nieghbors, proactive management, responsive maintenance, great ammenities. You won't find a better home apartment experience than Quail Ridge, Highlands.

Quailridge is a safe place to live. The staff is attentive and responsive which is a HUGE plus! The property is maintained and not unkempt.

Been here since 2020. No legit issue with the place other than if you need something fixed it can take awhile for maintenance to fix it at times. Everything else is good.
i like it here. it pretty chill and close to my job.
The staff was very helpful, very polite! The ladies at the leasing office answered all our questions. Moving in process was super easy.

Love it quiet manager understanding fix thing when needed
I’ve lived here previously before my current residency. It was great then and it’s even better now! The new renovations make it worth the price point. Its extremely quiet in the area and I believe it’s not only due to the location, but also not many people knowing that these homes are out here. Which totally works for me lol. Mostly families and our “seasoned” indiviuals reside here. Again, a great place to live at and would recommend it to anyone!
