great place for our kids and family. perfect location - close yet away enough from everything. The heated indoor pool and amenities are amazing. The staff is great and we were sad to leave. Well worth the price. Thanks for a great experience.
Aaron N. on Dec 10, 2020Everything about this apartment complex is fantastic and exactly what I expected. The staff and maintenance are all extremely professional and any problems that I have had (next to none) have been taken care of faster than any other apartment complex or apartment unit I've lived in previously. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, club area and gym are kept exceptionally clean. The entire environment of the complex is incredibly friendly and made me feel at home as soon as I moved in. For the Albany area I would suggest no other complex except the Alexander at Patroon Creek.

And that’s no easy task, considering that, depending on the area, you get a wide range of rentals in Schenectady, NY, from very cheap to very expensive. Then you also have to factor in the distance to work, kindergarten and/or school. It’s an important decision, as most likely you’re going to spend the next couple of years in this apartment with your family. You are not just searching for an apartment to live in, you’re searching for a home. Let us give you just one piece of advice: take the rational path and get your priorities right. The only person who knows what type of apartment you need is you. Create a mental or written list of things you absolutely cannot live without, filter accordingly. If a balcony or a garage is absolutely crucial, then head on to the filters section and check the ones you want. This way you will save time by skipping the apartments that don’t meet your criteria.
