Anonymous on Jan 12, 2021Renewed my lease this year at the Hamilton House. Though more affordable leasing options were available in the neighborhood, the entire DVORA maintenance and concierge teams do an amazing job keeping the residents safe and the building sanitary. Well done!

Feels like home the staff are great, one thing I noticed is that sometimes the weekly cleaning lady doesn’t thoroughly wash the dishes like she used to, she just rinses it and puts it in the dishwasher with residue still in it. Maybe the way they clean changed? but that is a minor issue
Alexandra S. on Sep 29, 2021We love our apartment and building but the amenities fee is much higher than other buildings and you still have to pay to book many things which makes it feel like I’m being taken advantage of.

The best place to live in Jersey City
Anonymous on Oct 7, 2019I've been living in Dvora's Art House building for almost a year and they introduced their app and complimentary services offering about midway through. While the apartment and building amenities are great, the service has really changed the way I live for the better. Having my packages and dry-cleaning placed neatly in my apartment is always a pleasant surprise but the weekly refresh is a game changer. Coming home to a clean apartment (bed made, dishes washed, trash removed) literally makes my day. Thank you to the Dvora team for being so awesome!

Love living here! Beautiful building, helpful staff. The bug situation has been rough this month but other than that no complaints.
John R. on Sep 26, 2019I lived here for one year and signed up for another year. I enjoy living in this building. I haven't had any issues. I do hope we could extend the laundry time access, I (like alot of people) work in NYC and its not easy getting back here to do laundry earlier than 8pm. Perhaps it can be extended until 9pm?

Tips on finding a cheap 3 bedroom apartment in Jersey City, NJ
For most renters, the cost of rent is the major pain point. The larger the apartment, the more money comes out of their pocket. For that reason, cheap 3 bedroom apartments are in high demand and hard to come by. Though rent prices can go as low as $2,200 in Jersey City, NJ, the market is still tight. But with a little diligence and some handy search tools, you will find an affordable apartment. Try an area that’s further away from the main city attractions, or try an older building that may have cheaper apartments and a ton of charm. Try searching in more affordable neighborhoods, like State College or another nearby. Sometimes lower-priced residential areas have diversity and ethnic authenticity that lend them a lot of character and color.
