New resident, havnt moved I. Yet
Anonymous on Feb 23, 2020The location and value is great. No issues with parking. The lowest rating in noise is due to neighbors that smoke on their balcony and it is so frequent that we cant ever have our windows open. The contract says they cant smoke on balconies, but management doesn't do anything about it. Some days it is so bad that we can smell it through the closed windows. If that weren't a problem, overall a great place!
