i love everything but some people and there parking and there animals they done pick up after but that has nothing to do with you
I've lived here since August 2021 and will be leaving around the end of June 2023. I have liked my experience here. It has been simple and affordable. I liked how close my parking spot was and having an assigned spot to ensure I always have somewhere to park. My only complaint would be the community washers and dryers but all-in-all it's been a good first apartment for a single person. I would recommend it to others in a similar personal and financial situation.

Ever since living here the staff have been friendly, it’s a nice location, it’s quiet, the neighbors are super friendly and respectful!

Everything was great!
Valley home duplexes are a nice and affordable place to live. The living unit is pretty standard although decent for the money. The neighbors are wonderful and very friendly. It feels like a very safe place to live and everyone looks out for each other.

I’ve lived in my apartment close to3 years now. I plan on renewing my lease again as I like my apartment and the rent is reasonable for me. The staff and maintenance are very nice and i have had excellent service when needed. Residents have been friendly and the grounds are kept very nice. It is very convenient to businesses i use and i wont be moving anytime soon.
I have lived here for a couple of months now and it has been nice. An issue with the carpet was handled quickly when I moved in. The staff has been nice and I have had no issues with neighbors. It is in a great location for the city as everything is close.

Love living here and the staff is good.
I have lived here now for 1 year now and the apartment is pretty good sized and fairly updated with new amenities with a nice sized balcony. The apartment location is great and very close to the University. The staff is very friendly and are willing to fix any problem that you address. The noise level here is alright but overall a good apartment building.
