I wish there was better communication with management instead of email only. The property is starting to look worn down due to neighbors not taking care of the property. Blinds are torn or missing in almost every units window, broke down cars parked in the driveway and on streets. In between two low income properties and you can’t tell the difference from yours, other than rent amounts. Weekly walks of the property needs to be conducted as well as quarterly in-unit inspections as it is beginning to look worn down due to high occupancy levels of units. Rent is increasing, but the beautification is not (only empty units for new tenants). There has been a pepsi can along with other debris at the end of my driveway for almost two weeks. I am assuming it all was disposed of by neighbors over the course of this time. I wanted to see how long it would be there before it got cleaned up by the person who is supposed to pick up the loose trash. I will clean it all up on trash day.

the general property manager is rude, she does not value tenants and pleases a stay they do not maintenance and they are constantly giving excuses been behind schedule. please save yourself from headaches. Richwood North Estates

I've lived in Shillito Lofts for about 21 months. The common areas are well maintained and the amenities are solid. The staff is great!
