Only real issues are all due to construction. Nothing more or less. Causes a great deal of noise (can't be helped). However they can start as early as 4 a.m. which is pain in the butt when you live right across from it.

I’m going on 6 years. Overall it’s been a good experience. The layout meets our needs. There have been occasional issues with noise, but management handled it and sometimes parking can be an issue, but every thing has its ups and downs. Overall I’ve had a good experience and would recommend it to others.
ERICA S. on Oct 25, 2019It's good for what it is. The homes themselves are beautiful. We really LOVE the maintenance guy. Wish there was more of a community vibe. We get packages lost a bunch. The entry ways are a little strange that guests have to either let you know to open the garage or walk around someones back patio to get to the front door - wish there was easier street access. We really were not happy with the rent going up but we do like living here.

I love living by the lake. I have many memories of seeing the beautiful sunsets and enjoying a cool Evening walk with star filled skies with my family. You'll hear beautiful sounds of our pets barking happily in the dog park, the geese's honking away as they fly over to go to the other side of the lake. There is much happiness here sounds of laughter, children swimming and playing and our young ones can get a treat at the end of their busy school week. I love it here. Thank you Edgewater and staff.
Ryley K. on Jan 21, 2022I'm so happy I chose Edgewater! It's so beautiful and everyone I've met is so nice. My apartment has way more storage space than I would've expected. It's just perfect for my new home!!
