My family and I have lived here for a year! Everything has been amazing from touring the property to having maintenance fufill and servic requests. Speaking of maintenance - the guys are ALWAYS very kind and respectful if you see them on property and Romelo is exceptional at replacing things in our home. The grounds are really beautiful ans very clean! The apartments are very spacious, clean and you really feel at home once inside - I never hear my neighbors! My children love amenities and the resort style pool. I have baby so the zero entry sode of the pool is our fav place during the summer time. The older kids like to play in the game room or on the giant connect four while their father is cooking on the grill nearby. There’s plenty of opportunities to pick up food from any of the Fort Family communities on the strip of Baymeadows Rd if you don’t feel up to cooking on Tuesday/Thursday night. The location was very important to me in deciding where to live - you can hop onto 295 in about 30 secs and we are less than 2 minutes from a Pub Sub (Publix), amzing Mexican cuisine and there are also great schools nearby! I’ve really enjoyed living here and plan to stay until we are ready to purchase a home!
I’ve lived here for almost a year now and love it! The staff was wonderful and super helpful when I applied and the apartment seemed brand new when moving in. Maintenance always responds quickly, other tenants are friendly, and the amenities are great. I always recommend Hacienda Club to any friends I know looking to move!
