AVE is a great place to live. Amenities like Gym, Swimming Pool, co-working spaces are great. lots of activities organized by the management! great food options right in the building! Great options for sports i.e. Boxing! all in all very happy with the place!
I love living here at The Ave, the staff are absolutely amazing! I love that we have monthly calendar events and I also love our view of the Riverwalk. The only drawbacks I would say are parking can be a little tricky at times trying to find a spot when I get home from work. I think I would much rather prefer assigned parking spots then first come first serve. I also wish that our neighbors upstairs were more considerate of quite hours but I know that isn't the buildings fault. All in all I love living here and feel safe and love that the amenities are 24-7. Whenever I need a change of scenery it's nice that there are many common areas for me to choose from. I highly recommend living here to others :).
