The staff is incredible Eric the manager he stuck by me and did everything in his power to protect me and my son and has been incredible, through the Covid lockdown I fell behind on rent and corporate patiently waited for the past two years and the city finally paid off my large balance! My son actually grew up here at a young age and now is 17 he loves it! It’s safe and I have incredible neighbors who I love cooking and sharing great meals! Oh BTW did I say I’m a fantastic cook! Looking forward to the next four years! Thank you Warner for giving me a clean safe and excellent home!! Maintenance is incredible they are spot on a come quickly and reliable service and fix things immediately! Here’s to another four years ??????

One of the biggest reasons I love it here is because the management team consistently demonstrates their commitment to tenant satisfaction by promptly addressing maintenance requests. Whenever I've called to report an issue, whether it's a leaky faucet or a malfunctioning appliance, the maintenance team has always responded quickly and efficiently. They are friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that any problems are solved completely and promptly. Overall, my experience living at this apartment has been wonderful. The management team is responsive and attentive to the needs of tenants, and they genuinely care about maintaining a safe, comfortable living environment. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live.

The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops in walking or driving distance! The complex is always clean and well taken care of with easy on site laundry, parking and a pool. We love our apartment and everything that comes with it!

If anything needs repair in my unit, it gets taken care of the next day without hesitation. She makes herself available which keeps me at ease because I have someone to turn to in case of any emergency. The smoke alarms get check constantly and the ac filter get changed frequently as well. Zulma and the maintenance team are always kind and respectful. Its absolutely great to have such a great personnel taking care of this property.

Stacy C. on Jul 29, 2022The apartments are large in size size, have upgraded appliances, and is overall for the value a good deal. Depending on what side of the building you live on though you can literally be facing a another building you could touch with a pole from your balcony. You don’t get much light and all your windows face the other buildings windows. It can be loud sometimes, I am constantly hearing people in the unit above me, washers/dryers, and kids running on the floor above me, but honestly that’s what comes with living in an apartment. The parking situation isn’t ideal, depending on where you’re assigned spot is but it is gated on the first floor. The management is very responsive and nice. I’ve had no issues with maintenance. The units are very large and to me totally worth it. There are always going to be some tradeoffs. The appliances are high quality and very nice. The building itself doesn’t have very many units so it’s definitely not crowded or too loud. They don’t have ammenities on-site but you get acces through another complex if you wanted to go to the gym, pool, etc. Overall, I’m happy with my decision to live here and don’t have any major complaints and would recommend living here!
