What I love about this property: -> Staff is professional & friendly -> Beautiful view from my apartment -> Walking distance to Old Town Occoquan which includes restaurants, stores, a post office, a park, events, and art studios. -> Right off of I-95 exit, right on the border of Fairfax County and Prince William County -> Close to lots of parks, both regional and state -> So far, all neighbors are friendly
Staff is professional and kind, maintenance issues are few and quickly handled. There's not much in the way of amenities, if you have kids there is a playground, if you have dogs there is a small fenced in dog park. Parking is doable, you can always find a spot but it's not always close. Noise isn't too bad, sound wall blocks most of the noise from the highway and I only hear neighbors when they're in the hall. Cozy, not too expensive place to live that is clean and well kept. Great for young families or people with pets.

I was at the rental office yesterday morning and Jorge Lopez greeted me and my friend very professionally and make us feel very welcome. Jorge is well oriented and explained clearly all the amenities and policies of the property. Jorge was very patient, answered all our questions, he was always very polite at all times. Jorge was always smiling. He invited us to take tour and showed us 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartment, and the amenities. Myself and my friend will definitely rent the apartment, however for a personal reason will not be able to move to this area. But I will definitely recommend this property and Jorge as the best leasing consulting experience.
We have been in the community for 3 years I enjoyed this complex a lot the neighbors are very friendly maintenance is prompt and office staff is very friendly ????????????????????
I have been a 3 yr resident of Rolling Brook Apartments. I love everything about my apartment. Especially the fireplace. The Rolling Brook staff at both the leasing office and the clubhouse are AMAZING! Maintenance does a great of responding to and addressing my concerns with my apartment. I love our community!
