its been 4 years living here , great maintenance employees, great area close to school, hospitals and much more
I only been living here for a few weeks. So, far so good. The neighborhood is quiet. The staff is nice no issue and maintence is pretty good. I like my apartment it feels cozy even though I am still unpacking.

It's very clean and convenient for a lot of things. It's quite and say place to live. Residents are very polite and respectful.

I have nothing but positive energy living here at the Sutton. I moved here in 2015, this says a lot about this place I'm still here. The Management Team, Karimer, the Leasing Manager, Michelle, Assistant Manager, Emily, and Melanie are very courteous and professional. The Team will always help the residents in resolving any complaints /issues they may have in a timely manner. The maintenance crew, Jose, Quentin, and Dante always handle any requests in a timely manner, very Professional. The inside and outside of this property are clean. I love my apartment and I am very happy to be living here.
Leasing office is great , apartment comlex is well kept , maintence could be better and golloe through with work requests

I've lived here a few months and absolutely love it. My neighbors walk very hard upstairs but it's liveable.
