I was at the rental office yesterday morning and Jorge Lopez greeted me and my friend very professionally and make us feel very welcome. Jorge is well oriented and explained clearly all the amenities and policies of the property. Jorge was very patient, answered all our questions, he was always very polite at all times. Jorge was always smiling. He invited us to take tour and showed us 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartment, and the amenities. Myself and my friend will definitely rent the apartment, however for a personal reason will not be able to move to this area. But I will definitely recommend this property and Jorge as the best leasing consulting experience.

Middletown Valley Apartments have been my home for 4 years now and I plan to stay. I couldn’t ask for a better community or better neighbors. You feel safe outside at any hour which is important when family members are walking the dog late at night. When I first moved in my water heater exploded at 2 AM, I had maintenance there fixing the problem within the hour, and within 24 hours it was like it never happened! On top of a dog park the complex has huge fields perfect for kids to run and play, it is also conveniently placed across the street from the primary school.
