Over-All, I have only just moved in. I will say the weather creating electricity outages more often than familiar to in Southern California takes some getting used to. The Pool is clean, WHEN OPEN and the atmosphere is PLEASANT. The Staff made the move in rather easy and comforting as moving may be extremely stressful on its own. There are a few things still left to be desired, however as mentioned earlier, I have not been here long enough to place any fair judgement on lifestyle, conditions or expectations yet.

Everything is great so far! There are somethings here and there but they can be fixed! I hope this property continues to meet my expectations.

Delray is affordable and nice however the security of the complex is non existent. We need cameras and more accountability.

I have no issues at this time.

Hallways are loud and you can hear everything. Parking Lot is not secure and vehicles get broken into often. Maintenance staff is very quick and easy to deal with. Amenities are decent and Management staff is good. Overall a decent place to live.
