I have lived at City Place for a year. I previously had bad experiences with renting, but I can actually say that I am happy to be a resident here! The property is well-kept with great amenities, and staff are attentive and respond to requests promptly. I love the design of my apartment, and I will definitely renew!

My husband and I really enjoy living at the Vineyard. We have had zero problems. I appreciate all the hard work of the staff and maintenance teams. Aaron and Eric have been awesome helping out whenever we had a maintenance request. We really appreciate all their hard work! The Vineyard is an awesome place to live. They really care about the property, and that makes me comfortable living there. Plus, the property is so pretty and clean!

Its been a great experience living here.
The Edge of Germantown is in a great location and the units are well sized. We had a 2 bedroom with fireplace. Anytime there was an issue the office staff and maintenance were quickly there. In the years I have rented there has never been an office staff as friendly, understanding and helpful. Janice, Shelby and Gabby get our special appreciation.
The office staff is AMAZINGGGG!!! I been here a little over a month and when i tell you im sooooo in love with my apartment. Now THIS feels like HOME. The amenities is EVERYTHING. I havent had any issues with parking or noise. I feel safe

Its awesone very quiet maintenance comed when you ask the grounds are so pretty
I've had a positive experience so far. Everywhere has some issues but I haven't noticed as many here. I enjoy the campus, the neighbors and even the surrounding areas. I recommend The Grove (formerly the Retreat) to anyone looking to relocate or find a new place to enjoy.
