I have owned many homes plus have lived in several apartment complexes over the past 10 years. I must tell you that it doesn't get any better than this. The location is perfect, only a block or two from Publix or Walmart, plus other amenities such as Subway etc, Most of all, I need to compliment the manager (Samantha) who is amazing, including Sam plus now Amber. I can't leave out the immediate attention you get should you ever have a problem and need maintenance, Leon has been there for years and is on top of everything. So, if you are looking for a review, read this one!

Courtney Bends is a great place to stay, it’s near a lot of stores, 95 South/North, eateries and more. Me and my wife moved out here in March 2018. We love it here. Parking sometimes at night is somewhat of an hassle, but we make it work.

My time here has been a wholesome one. I have been enjoying it, if problems arise, maintenance is on it promptly. The price is high, but it is quite worth it as I feel save and secured living here!

The place is very nice very peaceful very quiet

Move in was a breeze with the incredible staff. Kristen is so helpful and kind! I hardly ever hear my neighbors (if at all) and am loving the amenities. I highly recommend this building to students and young professionals.

I've lived here for almost a year now, The experience has been really good so far. The apartment complex is always very nicely taken off, the staff are always super nice and polite. Most of the people that live here a pretty friendly. My only downside is that it does get pretty noisy. My apartment overlooks the pool so I do hear a lot of noise when there are people outside, its sometimes annoying when its pretty late. The walls are thin so I hear people from the corridor all the time. However I guess if matters if your neighbors are noisy or not. But other than that everything is really great!

Beautiful amenities, easy walking location

The scenery and the quiet environment are the advantages of this place, it has the general relaxed atmosphere of a vacation, and the pace of life can be very slow here. I highly recommend living here!
