This place seems charming safe and relieable for transportation!
These apartments are well kept. any maintenance problems are handled quickly. The common areas are kept clean. They are accessible to public transportation. Parking has always been available for me no matter what Ime I come home. It is a very quiet area. The staff is accessible and friendly, and they always respond to my calls, My only complaint is that they do not do the windows. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone interested in a nice place to live.

I love living ar Regency House. The area ia quiet and peaceful as well as the neighbors. The building is well kep and we love our apartment. Plenty of sunlight and love the hard wood floors . Love that the paint on the walls is light grey and not the normal white
Budget Friendly. Can work more the landscape. Maintenance is prompt most of the time. Units and laundry room can also be upgraded.

Great location. Grounds and building are kept clean. Property manager/maintenance are beey helpful in addressing mt concerns
This is my 1st month living here and I am happy. It is clean, quiet, neighbors relatively friendly and staff is nice. I am glad I chose this place to live.
