Very nice apartments with new appliances and a great downtown Huntington location The walls to other apartments are thin and can be noisy. Can't really call them luxury apartments as there is no doorman, and amenities (gym, pool etc.) are 5 miles away. Can be difficult to reach management.
Honestly, I do enjoy living here. I am the ideal tenant. I was told my the leasing office (when I first applied two years ago) that my monthly rent would "only go up by 1% to 2% a year." When I received my rental agreement for next year (2024), it was increased by 10%, and non-negotiable. The increase alone comes to more than $4000/yr.

IVE ONLY BBEN HERE A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME (JUST MOVED IN) I LOVE BEING NEAR THE WATER AND EVERYBODY IS VERY FRIENDLY. THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE A GREAT BUNCH OF PEOPLE.
