I am trying to get in there and for what I seen so far I love it I hope I get the place but it’s in gods hands thank you

I love living here however we were promised that the hallways and woodwork would be painted this year. These areas are filthy and need repainting. I feel like management feels that because we're older and the rent is somewhat reasonable that they don't have to maintain the property. The hallway walls and moldings really need to be painted.

In a 55+ environment: Seniors should be a #1 priority! We should not have to succomb to lifestyles of younger people whom are allowed to live here, providing one tenant is 55. They must understand the environment, and decide if they can adhere to our need for peace and consistency. Their desires are secondary: We've earned the right to reject anything that interferes with our mental/physical well-being.

This place is very comfortable and convenient...my grandma lived there About 20 years ago and we loved it.now Im Senior looking for a place and thought of your place which would be very convenient for me
