Moved in 2020 and haven't need to move for four years because this is a fantastic place to live. Management gets things done even when they were short staffed. Location is fairly quite besides the reeving of engines and motorcycles at night off of veterans blvd.
We have lived here for the last year and loved it! The location is great for the price!

This apartment when my partner and I first moved in was great and the rent was affordable and we got the amenities that we paid for. After about a year of us moving here, we noticed that there were a lot more issues with management including not being notified that they were doing maintenance in the building and would be shutting off the water for extended periods, moving dumpsters, and the hot tub that we paid for as an amenity was no longer available. While moving the dumpster was not a large problem, it is very inconvenient for those of us on the opposite side of the building with mobility issues to go across the building to dump our trash. The biggest issue has been the multiple weeks where there was no hot water (or occasionally no water at all in the building) without notice. I don't mind if we are notified that there will be no (hot) water, but I or anyone else in the building should not be going to use water and then not have access to it.

Campbell properties is a nice place to live. Very quiet and the underground parking and amenities are a huge benefit. I have had no problems with getting a work order completed in a timely manner

I've lived here for 6 months and I've had no complaints so far. It is a reasonably priced apartment in a good part of town. Parking can be a little limited sometimes though.
We have been here now for a few months and its beginning to be Home. ??

It’s close to the main highway and restaurants
Sandstone apartment complex... dumpster is constantly overflowing.. the inside of the apartment (halls/stairs) are treated like a trash can to some tenants living here. Halls/stairs smell. Cars have been parked in the same spot for months. People who don't even live here come and dump their trash into our dumpster.

I absolutely love my apartment + the renovations that went into it-- 12 foot ceilings in the living room+ bedroom, granite countertops, + new flooring throughout! The only downfall is the baseboard heaters + AC unit are right by the 10ft (old) windows so most of my heating/cooling money literally goes out the windows. Parking is a nightmare downtown, but underground parking is available if you have another $100 to spare. I will say this is worth it for my peace of mind at the end of the day!! Staff + maintenance are all fantastic! They even helped me with putting up the plastic on my windows this winter since they're SO tall!! I'd 100% recommend living here for those who enjoy the convenience of being downtown. Just be sure to triple check the signs for parking if you have a guest or you will most definitely wake to a parking ticket!! Cheers!
Overall, great place to live for the price.

This place is perfect during summer, big windows, fresh air and beautiful view of highway and people passing by. Also, the groceries, park, church everything is walking distance, Youll love it. Here comes the winter, big windows even covered with insulation plastic and thick curtain electric bill started to crip from $150 summer ( studio apartment) to $235,$327$300+...last electric bill was $428 that was Feb. 2022. The high ceilings, big windows, and unavailability of maintenance made all my electric bills so high. Also, this place is old rustic looking brick beautiful but its real loud, train pass by at night, afternoon and morning, plus cars since it by the highway. I would recommend this place if you dont mind getting good sleep, and unlimited money to pay your bills and if you love the Rustica restaurant which just below this apartment

Timberridge has been a very pleasant surprise when it comes to apartment living. The grounds are maintained, the buildings (2 That I have been in) are clean and kept up. This is a relatively quiet area, where I feel safe walking my dog. All of the residents so far are pleasant and the property manager is more than efficient and has been very welcoming as well.
We have very much enjoyed living in the Timber Ridge apartments thus far!

The apt is very wuiet and a great location!
Campbell and Goldmark are essentially the same company. Anything you’re told by management should be taken with a grain of salt as it is most likely untrue. Very noisy neighbors and notifying police of domestic violence concerns. Like everywhere else they cannot keep maintenance staff. Brown residue shows through the paint, remnants from a time when tenants were allowed to smoke in apartments.

This is my 6th year staying at RoCo building. Modern building and interior areas, convenient downtown location, wonderful staff and quality maintenance.
RoCo is a great place to live, you're in the heart of downtown but far away enough from the noise. The staff, apartment amenities, and residents are all top-notch.
