This is a great place to live.
I have been here for about a month. The location is fantastic and very close to campus and is on the bus line. The employees are kind, but completely swamped with too much work; therefore, they are unable to effectively do their jobs. I didn't get my lease the week before I was supposed to move in and they overcharged my on my first bill. They quickly credited it back to me when I pointed out the mistake, but it is frustrating that it happened in the first place. Nonetheless, its not the employees fault that Link Apartments didn't hire enough people to actually complete the tasks needed to staff a brand new building. They can't put out fires (thankfully not literal) everywhere at once.

Location is great and residents/staff are respectful. Price is getting a bit high, but I guess that's what happens when the economy is in the trash.
