Property reviews
The place is only as good as its tenants, and maintenance staff. Both are good enough, but the age of the building will only present more challenges. Raising rent rates and laundry might seem like a good idea, given the economic climate, but it also comes across as a bit tone def to your tenants. I expect that you will keep pushing that boundary in the name of profits. We'll see how that works out for everyone. Kudos for the low electric bills, though, for the time being. Overall it is great place to live, and I, for one, will continue to keep it that way.

Osceola Place, A 55+ Community
260 Osceola Avenue S, Saint Paul, MN 55102Income Restricted2 BEDS $1,682 Property reviewsI have lived her 14 months and do not have any complaints. I grew up in this neighborhood and love it. This is a very clean building with a great property manager in Kelli and Ciprion (?sp) the maintenance person, Deloris and Tommy the cleaning staff. A lot if not most of the residents are from the West End and we really do have a community feeling here. I highly recommend Osceola Place.
Like my apartment, like the location, like the trains and being able to watch people come and go, love Kelli our manager and Cyprian our Maintenance Man. Wish I had people to recommend to come here. Thank you Also, I DO NOT HAVE A PET

I have been living here at this address and its super quiet and have such a peace of mind. Can't find anywhere that is well kept and price is unbeatable.
Any place unwilling to disclose the amount of rent am guessing means a whole lot more is also hidden, not worth any interest
