Maintenance is very friendly and prompt. Some people are loud and inconsiderate as far as being clean. There are a few friendly faces around. BUT do not trust anyone here. They steel packages and things from your doorway... The leasing office has friendly staff and has tried to help and accommodate as best as they can. I haven't used the amenities yet so I can't rate it. It could be cheaper on pricing considering the maintenance work we needed when we moved in and the untrustworthy people around.
Nani on Jun 2, 2020There are areas of improvement for the community staff to do better. Street light near building 9 is not working from 3 months now and they dont fix it and especially in nights it is scarier to walk in parking lot. Trash is thrown on road sometimes, dog poop on walkway and one day i almost slipped by walking on dog poop. It is basic common sense from people to pick their dogs poop and our building entry system doesnt work properly and guests from other apartments are calling us to open the door.People park their cars in no parking area and handicap parking even though they dont have stickers on the car and who are really physically challenged are suffering from it. Community staff always sends you notice about dog poop and car parkings but do not take any action.
