Alaqua is beautiful. Great apartments great pool and clubhousr . The maintenance staff is the best . Quick service. Love libing here
I have been at Alaqua for 5 years since moving here from Chicago and I wouldnt want to live anywhere else. The property is beautifully maintained, the maintenance staff responsive and efficient and the facilities are lovely. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Despite the telatively high rent, I believe Alaqua offers value for money.

The amenities couples with caring and responsive staff is second to none!
The staff here is great, and the maintenance team is also exceptionally good and quick to take action on all issues.

Love it here. Love the location, right next to 295 and access to other points in Jacksonville.

Leased an apartment sight-unseen from out of state, thanks to the professionalism of the FF team members I dealt with on the phone and via text and email. Not disappointed one bit in my clean, quiet, well-laid-out apartment. Property is conveniently located to nearby shopping, medical services and the interstate. Amenities are first class. Most important, staff and management deliver superior customer service.
This is my first time moving in 3 years. Our Leasing agent Trent was spectacular. He kept us informed the entire process. The concessions were great and it was amazing to be honored as an essential employee. When we tell people where we live we always say we really do not have to leave the complex if we dont want to. The pool, the gym, the dog park are our top favorite amenities. However the movie theater , the events on site, the neighborhood and proximity to stores are a great treat as well! We love it here!

I have lived here for a little over 2 years now. Along with the excellent staff and promptness whenever maintenance is needed I have had an amazing experience here. The pool is gorgeous, the clubhouse has everything I could ever need and the units make me feel like I'm truly living luxury. Love it here!

I have loved living in The Palm Bay community. It is so central and close to everything we need in our day to day lives. Palm bay and surrounding areas are all safe and clean. I feel comfortable living here knowing my wife and I don’t have to worry about being in danger late at night. The pool is also a hug plus, literally looks like something out of a movie. Overall 10/10.

I Absolutly love living in Paradise Island it is very nice and quiet the community is like family we all look out for one another. The staff is very polite and helpful in the front office. The Maintanance is is very pleasent and show up for quickly and promptly for any issues that I may have . I would definately refer this place to All of my Family and Friends this is a outstanding community.
