The bathroom sinks are as up ro date as you can get same as the kitchen sink. Parking is not tgat great haven't experienced with maintenance yet! Staff seem to be wonderful! So we shall see .

It was my first stop, and after seeing inside, this apartment felt like a HOME. Very tall ceilings opened up the space and it felt very welcoming walking through the door. I didn't bother looking elsewhere because if I did, I'd be moving into a smaller, more expensive place with smaller pool, gym etc. And pool day at the clubhouse hits the spot! Very pet friendly and nice running area for the dog as well. When it came time to renew the lease, I was not hesitant at all and signed right there. It really does feel like home.

Palm bay and surrounding areas are all safe and clean. I feel comfortable living here knowing my wife and I don’t have to worry about being in danger late at night.
