Air-conditioning and Ceiling Fan is the best combination when relaxing. The appliance are great!!! The bathroom ceiling and water leak before I move in, is having to me to a challenge question what is the problem now? I am enjoying every bit of my stay. Been some rough times here and there. I find it awesome living at the Kenmore!!!

I was 2 years in the shelter system. When I walked into Parkwest and met Angela, she greeted me with a smile. She never made me feel like I was less than. I really appreciate her patience and understanding. Thank You Ms. Angela for everything, You helped me a lot.

I was looking for an apartment with more space and some nice tree views. I found an incredible one-bedroom in Parkwest overlooking the zoo and since day-one the staff have been helpful, responsive, and kind. Highly recommend!

Great experience with the staff. Occasional noise problems late at night, but not a serious issue. I feel safe and secure here. Wish rent was cheaper.

Been here for 3 years now. Great location with parks and stores within walking distance. It has served us well, but it is not quiet. The only amenity is washing machines, and a little library.

I have been living here for over 2 years. The building is always well maintained and the staff are very responsive to any questions or issues. The location is excellent as it is close to public transportation, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I have always felt safe not only walking around the neighborhood but also when within the building's interior spaces. I would highly recommend this building to singles and couples who require comfort, convenience, and are on a moderate budget.
