Love the location but the noise from neighboring apartments and their water pipes is LOUD. Lots of people do not pick up dog poop. DIsgusting! I end up picking up about 4 other piles every time my dog goes. Poop stations are around - not enough poop bags, I buy my own. I end up always having to park quite far away from my building and having to walk up/down stairs. Not good in the winter.
