This apartment is a great value for what you get in terms of square footage, quality of maintenance, and property management. They provide great feedback, support, and communication for any and all issues. Additionally you aren't paying extra fees for things you can do for yourself so it's easier to price and budget for rent expenses.
Near highway and short commute to many places. Great maintenance staff

Living in this community has been awesome! The location is great for schools, restaurants, dr offices, etc. Close to beltway, major malls all at a very affordable price and comparable to the area. Amazing staff from front office to maintenance crew. You'll love your living experience here!!!
I've lived here a few months and absolutely love it. My neighbors walk very hard upstairs but it's liveable.
