Very nice spot to live. I've enjoyed it, everything here at Cascade at Landmark.
I been living in Cascades for about a week now and it’s been a great experience so far. Carlos and Josh have been great to work with. They answer the phone, respond to emails and answer any questions that I may have. The gargae and building is kept up pretty well. I definitely recommend taking a tour of the community and checking it out.

This apartment is a great value for what you get in terms of square footage, quality of maintenance, and property management. They provide great feedback, support, and communication for any and all issues. Additionally you aren't paying extra fees for things you can do for yourself so it's easier to price and budget for rent expenses.
