MOON H. on Dec 27, 2021IVE ONLY BBEN HERE A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME (JUST MOVED IN) I LOVE BEING NEAR THE WATER AND EVERYBODY IS VERY FRIENDLY. THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE A GREAT BUNCH OF PEOPLE. THE ONLY SMALL PROBLEM IS THAT THE WALLS ARE VERY VERY THIN UNFORTUNATELY. OTHER THAN THAT,I AM BLESSED TO BE HERE IN THIS DIVERSED WONDERFUL COMMUNITY PEACE TO ALL

Can't really call them luxury apartments as there is no doorman, and amenities (gym, pool etc.) are 5 miles away. Can be difficult to reach management.
Anonymous on Nov 16, 2024Great downtown location, but: 1) Noise from the city street cleaning every morning starting at 6AM and leaf blowers starting at 8 AM. 2) UPS packages are often not delivered due to old building access equipment. 3) Thou in walls between apartments. 4) Expensive - amenities are off-site, 15 minutes away.
