I have lived here for 13 months and I love it the office people are so nice and never stopped being respectful and helpful! The maintenance fixes my issues within 24 hours and very respectfully as well!

Staff and maintenance are fantastic

This is the second apartment I have resided in, in Las Vegas and it is very nice. The environment and community is really clean, neighbors are nice, the noise level is fine, surrounded by convenient stores.

I've been here longer than I can remember and the ladies in the office are the sweetest and maintenance is always helpful. I plan on living here for many years to come.

Its conducive to study, live, and sleep in an ample space unit. Maintenance and staff are really cooperative and easy to deal with. There is an open channel of communication and the end in mind. This is a perfect place for us.

Great spot to live at; great workout room; great staff; only complaint is the online portal where you pay rent, can be a bit confusing to know if you're paying the actual rent amount or you are paying extra.

moved into balfour Place in march of 2009 never had an upgrade on anything in the apartment, im paying for 2009 amenities at 2023 rental prices....

This place is one of the nicest complexes I've lived in, Amenities are all extremely high quality, apartment floorplans are extra spacious and staff are all very nice. Best place I've lived in hands down.

I really like it here. I moved from Summerlin a few years ago and find that it's much more affordable for what you get. The amenities are really nice, and the property is very well-kept. It's rare to see dog poop outside of the dog park. If you have dogs, they have two parks, one for smaller dogs and one for larger dogs, and both are great sizes. I'd say it's pretty quiet, depending on where you live in the complex. I live off of Maryland Pkwy, so the street noise can be a little loud, but it doesn't bother me. The staff is friendly, and I like that they have food trucks come around and do things to celebrate National Food Days.

My husband and I have been here since April 2003. The staff, both office and maintenance, have been friendly, professional and caring. Our apartment was recently renovated and all maintenance requests have been promptly resolved. The property is well maintained, very quiet, and ideally located with bus stops nearby and grocery stores, banks and 2 malls within walking distance. My only 4 stars for "Value" is due to the high rent, but this unfortunately is a Las Vegas-wide phenomenom.

The staff Destiny and Daisy are kind, communicative & personable creating a great living environment for us. Maintenance is always efficient and quick to respond. Living here has been effortless. Rent is affordable. The complex is quiet,clean,modern & easy to navigate through. The location is conveniently surrounded by all your everyday necessities. I have genuinely enjoyed my time residing at Fusion Apartments.

The property is very well maintained, and has been tastefully designed. Noise proofing seems to be very good, the appliances are excellent, communication regarding the property is thoughtful and timely.

This is one of the best managed properties I have ever lived in they keep property clean address any and all issues immediately their always on top of their job I would highly recommend this property if you want to live in a peaceful community they really do care here and they make you feel appreciated they are always doing something for their residents
