Manchester Place is centrally located. Anything you need for the most part is within walking distance. Including optometrists/doctors/groceries.
The Residences at Manchester Place has been a wonderful place to live for the past 2 years! I highly recommend living here. I moved to Manchester from Illinois for my graduate program and when I was researching places to live in the area, The Residences stood out to me. Staff – The staff are so kind, welcoming, and helpful! I cannot say enough about Allysa, Nancy, and our maintenance staff. You will not find a location with better people; they go above and beyond to help you. They are very responsive to any questions and are always happy to help you. The building is clean and well kept. The courtyard is nicely maintained. Location – They are in a prime location in Downtown Manchester, walking distance from many delicious restaurants, coffee cafes, cute local shops/bookstores, and bars. It is conveniently located one block away from my school. Location was very important to me when selecting an apartment since I brought my dog with me. For all the dog lovers considering moving to downtown Manchester, there are some very nice nearby parks to walk your dog – My favorites: Livingston Park, Stark Park, and Lake Massabesic. Apartment – I lived in a one-bedroom apartment with my dog. My favorite part about the apartments were the floor to ceiling windows. I loved all the natural light. The apartments are spacious with lots of storage and room. The apartments are updated and have new laminated wood flooring. (I will attach photos that I took from my apartment shortly after I moved in) Parking garage – Another selling point is the gated parking garage, which has been wonderful especially during the winter months. I had a garage opener to gain access and they only provide them to their residences. I have never had any issues with finding a parking spot near my level. I have always felt safe in the parking garage. For visitors, there is street parking, and you can contact the office for a parking pass for your guests if they wish to park in the garage.

We moved here a year ago from the northern border of Vermont. At first, our 60 lb. Husky did not take to it well. She wasn't used to all the loud noise, especially with the highway out our windows. But after a few months and a wonderfully friendly leasing staff, she grew accustomed to the noise and now even looks forward to seeing the leasing staff. She had also befriended the maintenance staff (which may or may not have something to do with the biscuits they give her when they see her!) The staff is prompt at addressing maintenance needs! Which is great! And we have even had washer and dryers installed in unit! The communication with the leasing staff is great, they're warm and understanding. We love that Heritage at the River is pet-friendly too. It's not easy to find a place for a senior cat and a 86 lb Husky. (Yes, she's a bit bigger now) She's our service dog but the senior cat would still be difficult. We are glad we found Heritage at the River. We really enjoy the little holiday things they do for the tenants as well!
Everybody is friendly. Staff ready to help at a moments notice. Management keeps in touch so residents know what is happening at all times. Residents treat this apartment building like it is their home and are very respectful of ine another. And living surrounded by the woods is just icing on the cake. Love it here.
